Efficiently order
spur gear blanks online. Specify
gear data, length and quantity, and optional faced and/or centered
ends. The spreadsheet calculates a price and Order
Number. Increasing the quantity reduces the cost per part.
You may add special requirements in email section at the bottom of
this page, or in payment message box. Finally, pay with a
credit or debit card. We will confirm the order, and within one
to three business days the order
will be on the way. To begin:
1. Enter gear data into the spreadsheet below (replacing sample data) to determine Total Cost
of generic gear blanks you wish to order. Entire length of stock
will be cut with the gear profile you specify, and faced and centered
ends are optional. Material is 1045 Stressproof. If you
have questions, you may call Gina at 815-389-3632, or use the message
box on this page to email us.
2. Copy the
Reference # from the spreadsheet and click the Paypal BUY NOW button to
place the order. Add comments or notes in Paypal prior to
finalizing the
payment, or call or email. After we receive your Paypal payment you will receive
a confirmation email. To order by check, include Reference # with
payment, and mail to RT Blackhawk, 956 Gardner St., South Beloit IL
61080.
3. All credit card payments are handled by Paypal. If you don't
already have a Paypal account, you may set one up with an
email address and password. Then provide billing information. If you prefer, you may also mail a
check, along with the Reference # from the spreadsheet, to RT
Blackhawk, 956 Gardner, South Beloit, IL 61080, or call Gina with a
verbal order at 815-389-3632.
4. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. If needed sooner, please comment. If we are unable to
deliver within this period, or if you specify terms or specs we cannot
meet, we will contact you, and refund your payment, or negotiate an order that we can fill.
